Who We Are & Why We Exist
Our Mission
TS Legacy Holdings Group exists for one reason: to ensure that the men and women who served our country never have to sleep without a roof over their heads.
We acquire, rehabilitate, and manage residential properties across Upstate South Carolina — not as a financial exercise, but as a deliberate act of service. Every unit we bring online is a commitment to a veteran who deserves stability, dignity, and a place to call home.
Why We Do This Work
Veteran homelessness is not an abstraction. It is a neighbor sleeping in a car. It is a father separated from his family because he cannot afford rent. It is a woman who served two tours overseas and came home to find no stable ground beneath her feet.
TS Legacy Holdings Group was founded on the belief that the private sector has a role to play in solving this crisis — not by waiting for government programs alone, but by putting capital to work in a way that is both financially sound and morally purposeful.
We focus on Greenville County and the surrounding Upstate SC region because this is our community. We know these neighborhoods. We know the VA clinic on Park Creek Dr. We know the transit routes, the job centers, the service organizations. We invest here because we are here.
The Need in Upstate SC
What We Stand For
Dignity First
Every veteran we house deserves a clean, safe, well-maintained home. We hold our properties to a standard we would be proud to live in ourselves.
Community Rootedness
We invest in Upstate South Carolina because we are part of this community. Our properties are not distant assets — they are neighbors, and we treat them that way.
Partnership Over Isolation
No single organization solves veteran homelessness alone. We actively seek and sustain partnerships with service providers, nonprofits, and government programs.
Long-Term Thinking
We are not flipping properties. We are building a portfolio that will serve veterans for decades. Our decisions reflect that horizon.
A home is not a luxury. For a veteran who has given everything, it is the least we can offer.
Our Commitment to Greenville County
We are actively growing our portfolio of veteran-focused housing in Greenville, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Taylors, and Greer. Each property we acquire is evaluated not only for its investment potential but for its proximity to VA services, public transit, employment, and the support networks veterans need to thrive.
